This application is provided by Headway Technology Group as an aid to building quotes for your self and your customers. It gives you both pricing and other detailed information on the items together with a quote builder. It works on Windows 95, 98, Nt4, 2000 and XP, and requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater to be installed on the PC. Terms and Conditions
By using Headway PriceFinder you are accepting the Terms and Conditions printed below. These are presented on screen each time you load a new database into the system and must be accepted for the program to continue.

If you are unable to accept these conditions you must return the disks and printed material to Headway.

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal Agreement between you and HEADWAY TECHNOLOGY GROUP Ltd. By installing this software you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, promptly return the disk package and the accompanying items, including the accompanying manual, to HEADWAY TECHNOLOGY GROUP Ltd. Failure to adhere to the license terms will result in legal action by HEADWAY TECHNOLOGY GROUP Ltd. to recover damages.

LICENSE TERMS

1 The software and information supplied are proprietary and confidential. You are required to protect the software and information from disclosure to others with the same degree of care accorded to your own information.

2 HEADWAY TECHNOLOGY GROUP Ltd. reserve the right to change prices without notice.

3 You may install this software only on systems which will be used EXCLUSIVELY by your own employees.

4 You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from this software or information.

5 The software and related documentation are provided AS IS. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

6 In no event shall HEADWAY TECHNOLOGY GROUP Ltd. be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.

No deviation from the license terms above is permitted except with the express prior written authorisation from Headway.
