ImageCare™ - Disaster Recovery

Every business and organisation can experience a serious incident that can prevent it from continuing normal operations. This can happen any day at any time. The potential causes are many and varied: flood, explosion, computer malfunction, accident, grievous act& .the list is endless. It is vital that the organization takes the development and maintenance of the disaster recovery plan seriously. Standard maintenance contracts are designed to minimise the impact of an occasional malfunction failure of both hardware and software. Many document imaging systems fail, not because of the equipment but because initial operator training has not been implemented. Headway are able to offer operator and  first time support training modules. Training can be carried out at Headway s purpose-built training facilities, where full use of the fully equipped demonstration facilities may also be accessed. If best suited, training can also be delivered on site, using your own equipment and systems.

Training can vary depending on the level of training required and can be tailored to match your requirements exactly  whether that involves basic scanner maintenance through to advanced forms design or simply a generic training on the subject of data capture.
